Controller and information collected
Kernel Syncpoint is the data controller for this website and its training administration. We collect details you choose to provide, such as name, email, phone, training interest, preferred date, accessibility requests, and messages. We may also receive basic security logs from our hosting provider.
Do not send trading credentials, account statements, balances, identification documents, or open positions. They are not needed to answer a training enquiry.
Purposes and lawful handling
We use information to answer enquiries, assess workshop suitability, manage registrations, deliver training, handle refunds, maintain security, meet accounting duties, and defend legal claims. Depending on the context, handling is necessary to take steps at your request, perform an agreement, comply with Thai law, pursue legitimate administration and security interests, or act on consent.
Sharing and international transfers
We disclose information only to service providers needed for hosting, email, records, or payment administration, and to authorities where law requires it. Some providers may process information outside Thailand. Where that occurs, we assess the transfer and use contractual or other safeguards appropriate under applicable law. We do not sell personal data.
Retention and security
Unconverted enquiries are normally deleted after 12 months. Training and financial records may be retained up to 10 years where accounting, tax, dispute, or legal duties require. Cookie choices follow the periods in our cookie notice. We use access controls and reasonable organisational safeguards, though no internet transmission is risk-free.
Your rights
Subject to applicable Thai data-protection law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, or withdrawal of consent. You may also complain to Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Committee. Some requests may be limited by legal retention duties or the rights of others.
Contact contact@kernel-syncpoint.digital to exercise a right. We may ask for proportionate information to verify identity. We will respond within the period required by law.
