Terms of Training

Terms governing Kernel Syncpoint technical analysis workshops, coaching, website use, and educational materials in Thailand.

Acceptance and scope

By using this website or confirming training, you agree to these terms. Kernel Syncpoint provides educational workshops and coaching about chart reading, moving averages, and trend filters. We do not provide investment, legal, tax, brokerage, or personalised financial advice.

Registration and conduct

Participants must provide accurate contact information, be at least 18, follow reasonable room and safety instructions, and avoid recording other participants without consent. We may refuse disruptive or unlawful conduct. A place is confirmed only when we issue written confirmation and any stated fee has been received.

Educational risk and liability

Markets involve risk, including loss of capital. Examples are historical or illustrative and do not promise future results. You remain responsible for decisions made after training. To the maximum extent permitted by Thai law, Kernel Syncpoint is not liable for trading losses, indirect loss, lost profit, or reliance on educational examples. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Intellectual property

Website text, workshop sheets, chart annotations, and original teaching materials belong to Kernel Syncpoint or their respective licensors. A participant receives a personal, non-transferable right to use supplied materials for private study. Republishing, selling, recording, or distributing them requires written permission. Market names and third-party chart data remain property of their owners.

We may correct errors, update schedules, or replace an instructor when reasonably necessary. External links are provided for context and are not endorsements. If a material training change is unacceptable, available remedies follow our refund policy.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. The parties should first attempt good-faith resolution by contacting contact@kernel-syncpoint.digital. Thai courts have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer rights. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue.
